Job Summary
Mickky Store is seeking an enthusiastic and digitally savvy Online Sales Representative to handle customer interactions across our online platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media channels, responding to inquiries, recommending suitable gadgets, processing online orders, and ensuring excellent after-sales support. You’ll also collaborate with other departments (inventory, repairs, and delivery) to ensure smooth transaction flow and customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Process and follow up on orders, from inquiry to delivery confirmation
- Maintain records of online transactions and customer details
- Upsell gadgets and accessories where appropriate
- Collaborate with the front desk and inventory teams to confirm stock availability
- Report customer concerns, trends, or complaints to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent and professional communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online or retail sales (gadgets/electronics preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats efficiently
- Strong understanding of smartphones, laptops, and other gadgets
- Friendly, patient, and persuasive personality
