Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely responses to all issues online
- Process all customer orders and close sales via the appropriate channel
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Partake in stock taking
- Generate monthly reports from the ERP.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND
- Minimum of 1-year experience in sales and customer service role
- Must be able to use inventory software
- Must have a fair knowledge of the social media
- Must be able to take good jewellery pictures
- Must be an extrovert
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
Location: Lagos - Anthony
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 9am to 5pm
Renumeration: NGN 70,000 Monthly
