This is a full-time hybrid role for an Online Sales Manager based in Lagos with some remote work. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the company's online sales platforms, customer service, and e-commerce. The role will include daily sales monitoring and reporting, proactively managing inquiries, customer orders, and complaints, and ensuring customer service excellence. The manager will also be involved in online marketing, including email marketing, content optimization, and promotion of online presence.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in FMCG, healthy food products, restaurant or food services, and e-commerce is a plus
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and E-commerce skills
- Experience in online marketing to maximize online presence
- Data analysis and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills
