Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Office operations & administration
  • HR support with recruitment and onboarding
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office and other branches to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Plan and coordinate office operations and procedures, establishing workflows, systems, and protocols to optimise efficiency, productivity, and organisation within the office.
  • Maintain patient and employee records in compliance with Nigerian healthcare laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Organise, schedule, and coordinate appointments, consultations, and visits for healthcare providers.
  • Answer phone calls, handle emails, and respond to client inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Organise and maintain patient files, ensuring up-to-date information for all clients.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an office management or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or home healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT suites as required for the role.
  • Familiarity with healthcare management software (scheduling, billing, EHR systems) or willingness to undergo training if required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and transparency always.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • Good leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Must be a patient and honest person.
  • Ability to use own initiative at work

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a home healthcare or medical service provider environment in Nigeria.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes.
  • Knowledge of medical supply management and vendor relations.
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, or related healthcare courses or willingness to undertake training.
  • Ability to speak additional Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) may be beneficial depending on the client base.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • The office manager may be required to work occasional overtime during peak periods or special projects.
  • Travel to patient homes or other healthcare facilities may be required occasionally.
  • There may be an occasional but rare need to work on a Saturday during events or recruitment drives.


Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 140,000
