Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers & the secretary, including filing, photocopying, and binding.
- Coordinate with lawyers & court personnel to obtain and provide information required by the office.
- Organise exhibits and prepare trial & appeal binders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist lawyers with litigation-related tasks, including document organisation.
- File all documents (E-filing & Physical filing) as required by the lawyers.
- Serve legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, and summonses.
- Assist with discovery, including procurement & inventory
- Coordinate with lawyers & court bailiffs to schedule service, judgment executions, and enforcement.
Requirements:
- O-Level + Secretarial Studies/OND in any discipline or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or legal setting.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
