Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and report when restocking is needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and basic record keeping.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and functional.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Run errands and perform other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
