Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Physical or virtual filing of documents in Court and with other regulatory bodies.
- Manage document dispatch including court papers and other third-party documents.
- Handle the social media pages and Google page.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and manage subscriptions
- Calendar management, physical and virtual front desk assistance
- Conduct basic research and client reviews.
Requirements:
- OND or HND in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Previous law firm experience is a big plus.
- Computer Literacy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Spreadsheets.
- Verbal and written communication skills, and basic interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Proximate residency to the office location; Ilasamaja, Lagos, is preferred.
Note: This role requires infrequent movement away from the office to assist with document delivery or retrieval.
