Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling the planning and implementation of sales strategies carried out by the Sales Dept., monitoring and evaluating the Sales Analysis and Operations, and Trade marketing processes.
- Provide recommendations in the sales process and Sales Analysis and Operations to support the smooth running of sales activities according to the established plan.
- Evaluate the process and provide approval in the preparation of distribution strategy planning.
- Develop plans and programs for performance management systems, risk management systems, and good corporate governance in the departments/fields of work that are their responsibility to ensure the availability of the number of employees and competencies required by the company.
- Finance Accounting: Sales Report Consolidation, Budget Data Collection, Aging Receivable Performance
- Ensuring that agreement with distributors.
- Provide recommendations in the process of:
- Development of market potential.
- Regular meetings with branches and distributors
- Preparation of Sales Force Team materials/documents
- Implementation of the distribution strategy planning process on time.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of developing market potential.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in periodic meetings with branches and distributors.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of preparing materials/documents for Sales Force Team preparation.
- Making relevant recommendations in the process of coordinating sales activities and achieving sales/distribution targets with distributors.
- Make relevant recommendations in the process of contacting Sales/Distributors.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of compiling a business review and business plan.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of managing cooperation agreements with distributors.
- The implementation of the cooperation process in achieving the targets/support activities according to standards.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of preparing the promotion plan.
- Provide in-process recommendations which include:
- Monitor the use of budgets and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of sales reports from distributors.

- Accurate and timely implementation of the national sales data analysis process.

- Implementation of the process of making national-level action plans according to standards and on time.
- The process of analyzing data on market conditions and competitor activities accurately.
- Implementation of the process of obtaining sales data and market information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Implementation of the planning process and research implementation according to standards and on time.
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of making sales department annual budget estimates
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of making monthly sales historical data for Branches and Distributors
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of recapitulating historical data on monthly sales of branches and distributors.
- Implementation of the process of making and distributing sales targets according to standards and on time
- Availability of relevant recommendations in the process of calculating the expense needs of branches and distributor representatives.
- Implementation of sales department systems and procedures according to standards.
- Provide recommendations in the process of making data systems and sales reports for branches/distributors
- Evaluate the process and provide approval in the process of making conclusions on data system requirements and branch/distributor reports
- Provide recommendations in the process of making branch/distributor sales financial data systems which include:
- Designing data systems and reports
- Set up the mechanism for implementing data systems and reports
- Designing system development as needed.
- Vendor search for developing system development
- Evaluate the process and give approval in the whole process of developing & implementing promotion and sampling activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc in Business Administration, Management Science
- Minimum of 8 years of proven work experience
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s License
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
