Job Summary

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We're looking for an energetic Merchant Onboarding & Outreach Executive to connect with merchants, guide them through installing our SaaS product, and work with our team to drive adoption. This is a target-driven role with amazing incentives. If you love speaking with people, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you. You’ll be the face of our brand, connecting with merchants, helping them install our product, and working closely with our team to grow.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential merchants via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media
  • Walk merchants through the installation and setup of our SaaS platform
  • Research and identify new merchant opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to improve outreach strategy
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks


Requirements:

  • Great communication skills, confident on the phone
  • Willing to do cold outreach and follow-up consistently
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with online tools, SaaS products, or mobile apps
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or merchant onboarding is a plus
