Are you a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We're looking for an energetic Merchant Onboarding & Outreach Executive to connect with merchants, guide them through installing our SaaS product, and work with our team to drive adoption. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential merchants via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media
- Walk merchants through the installation and setup of our SaaS platform
- Research and identify new merchant opportunities
- Work with internal teams to improve outreach strategy
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
- Great communication skills, confident on the phone
- Willing to do cold outreach and follow-up consistently
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised
- Tech-savvy – comfortable with online tools, SaaS products, or mobile apps
- Experience in sales, customer service, or merchant onboarding is a plus
