Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive MEP Office Manager to coordinate and supervise our team of engineers. This role is key to ensuring projects are assigned, monitored, and delivered on time, while also streamlining workflows to boost efficiency. Though office-based, you may occasionally support with site visits and technical input.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise MEP engineers, ensuring fair workload distribution and project progress.
- Monitor pipelines, anticipate resource needs, and align with client demands.
- Oversee schedules, milestones, documentation, and task execution.
- Serve as liason between mangement and engineering teams to ensure clarity of project goals.
- Report regularly to management and facilitate team meetings.
- Provide Regular progress reports to senior management
- Provide design input or site support when required.
- Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- 3–4 years’ MEP experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with MEP design workflows and construction lifecycles.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/Revit knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
