Job Summary

Elious gas Limited is into LPG trading in the midstream and down stream sector. The company is looking to hire a suitable candidate for Marketing and Sales role currently open in the organization. We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Officer who has an educational background in Marketing and Business Administration.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies
  • Provide daily reports to top management like sales reports, customer complaints reports and other related information.
  • Assist to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contact with clients and provide feedback.
  • Initiate sales activities, strategies and sales plans required to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activities and active customers.
  • Evaluate team performance and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
  • Ensure the correct information is displayed
  • Maintains a system that helps coordinate and monitor the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives
  • Ensure sales reps are meeting their goals.
  • Formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategy to help the company increase profit and customer.
  • Other responsibilities will be communicated over time.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc or HND in Marketing, business administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience in Marketing and Sales.
  • Added advantage if you have worked in a gas plant or oil and gas company
  • Added advantage if you have Msc/MBA
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
