Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Respond to inquiries in-store, by phone calls, email, etc.
- Process sales and sales returns, and resolve basic customer issues
- Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Support daily store operations, stock management, and admin tasks.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 1 year of previous work experience in similar role
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
