Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Train sales representatives in every location.
- Identify and sign up agent aggregators
- Reactivate exiting Agent partnerships
- Update management about competitor’s activities that can be evaluated and improved to the company’s advantage.
- They must be able to spot trends and act on them first.
- Their responsibility involves establishing contacts with customers and enhancing sales and profitability.
- They must be knowledgeable about the company’s product and also accustomed to the rules of play.
- Promote the sale of the company’s product and establish credibility through consistent communication with customers.
- Designs and delivers customer engagement workshops.
- Identify and seal partnerships with Radio Partners.
- Monitor and ensure that deliverables agreed with Radio Partners are adhered to.
- Set targets and track daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume of all sales representatives, field agents and super agents.
- Set the fees, commissions, and bonuses due to sales reps, super agents, & agents.
- Review and implement sales policies
- Perform every other duty assigned by the COO or CEO.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Marketing, Business Administration another related field of study.
- 3+ years of Professional Marketing Experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be preferred.
- The person must have worked with a lottery or betting Operator as a Marketing Executive.
