Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Loan Officer to join our marketing team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This position is for Sales Field Officers with 1- 3 years of experience in Microfinance Lending who have existing healthy loan portfolios.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquisition and management of loan portfolio i.e. - Loan initiation, processing, monitoring, and repayment.
- Market the organization’s products to eligible customers and maintain close monitoring to ensure repayment
- Conduct thorough loan analysis to ascertain customer’s payment capacity and willingness; evaluate the credit risk before presentation to Credit Committee.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc./HND with a minimum of 2nd class lower (2.2) in a related discipline
- Minimum of 1-year post-NYSC experience in credit or a client-facing field role with a financial institution
- The candidate must have sales experience in micro-finance
Location: Lagos Island
- Candidates residing within this location is preferred
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
