A Sophisticated Law Office at Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, seeks a highly organized & detail-oriented Confidential Secretary to ensure the smooth operation of the office by providing exceptional support to lawyers & all admin & support staff.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage front desk, answer Telephone & Emails, and supervise access control
- Schedule appointments, meetings & court appearances for lawyers
- Type correspondence, documents & reports
- Maintain accurat,e up-to-date filing system & records
- Supervise all administrative staff
- Coordinate Lawyers' travel itinerary
- Handle confidential info with discretion
Requirements:
- O'Level + Secretarial Studies or equivalent; a degree in Para-Legal Studies, Business Admin/related field is a rewarding advantage
- 1-2years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office & relevant software
