The KAM will be responsible for increasing product visibility, achieving secondary sales targets, managing key retail accounts, and delivering top-notch merchandising and trade support services at the Point of Sale (POS).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned secondary sales targets through retail distribution channels.
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners.
- Conduct field sales visits and van selling activities to ensure product availability.
- Ensure effective product visibility and in-store merchandising at Point of Sale (POS).
- Execute promotional and trade marketing initiatives in retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the sales team to plan route coverage and optimize territory performance.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of field sales or retail account management experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven experience in van selling or direct store delivery (DSD).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build lasting retail relationships and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Ajah/Lekki retail terrain is an added advantage.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
