Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also work closely with internal teams, such as product and marketing, to ensure alignment with customer needs and drive the adoption of solutions.

- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Ensure all customer complaints regarding a product or service are resolved timely and effective.
- Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure.
- Drive the sales of our Business Technology Solutions services, e.g., Data Management and Software as a Service solutions, such as Zoho, Zendesk, Instaview, Manage Engine and Business Process Outsourcing services e.g., recruitment as a service, contact center as a service, etc.
- Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
- Identify and acquire new customers, up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base in order to meet the set sales goals.
- Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation and ensure closure of the same.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the line manager.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any discipline
- 7 years of work experience
- Good negotiation skill
- Good communication skill
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 450,000
