As an IT Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of information technology products and services to prospective clients. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively promote and sell IT solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their IT needs.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build a solid pipeline of potential clients for IT products and services.
- Sales Presentations and Consultation:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements and challenges.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of IT solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients, recommending appropriate products and services based on their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand clients' long-term goals and align IT solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and building customer loyalty.
Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to internal teams regarding customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in report format, or CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in IT sales or related roles, with a strong sales performance history.
- Sound technical understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Gross
