Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized Human Resources Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the organization’s HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. You will help foster a positive workplace culture

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training, staff development, and career growth initiatives.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave schedules, and payroll-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health & safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
  • Promote a positive work environment and uphold company values.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or related) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software.
  • High sense of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Team management & coordination skills
  • Conflict resolution & emotional intelligence
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Integrity and ethical judgment
