Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee and support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff engagement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both teaching and non-teaching staff, drafting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records such as contracts, attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare programs, and periodic training or development sessions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, school standards, and Nigerian labour laws.
- Liaise with the finance department to support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Draft and maintain HR-related reports, policies, and documentation for management use.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture aligned with the school’s mission and values.
- Other responsibilities will be assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
