Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish supplies.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Dispose of trash and manage laundry services.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.
- Follow safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience (hotel office or residential) preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals supplies and equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Honest dependable and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
