Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate administrative, clinical, and support staff activities.
- Implement and enforce healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient flow, service quality, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, expenditures, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with medical teams to improve workflows and service outcomes.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance insights to management.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Hospital Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of hospital processes, healthcare standards, and medical regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff, coordinate departments, and handle pressure professionally.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management systems.
