Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all sales activities in the HORECA channel which include, Hotels, Restaurants, lounges, clubs, and other related relevant outlets.
- Achieve 100% collection of due invoices from trade
- Analyzes each region and account-specific business to clearly understand the key business drivers.
- Manage the budget whilst maintaining profitability when offering incentives/ discounts.
- Planning of Promotional/Event Activation.
- Routinely performs Staff Education to ensure brand understanding.
- Proactively searches for creative elements to add to support events that drive the company's Wine and Spirits Brands.
- Develops and implements incentives and staff activities for key customers
- Routinely engages in activities to build relationships with key influencers in accounts and territory.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant/related course of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in the wine and spirit industry
- Analytical skills
- Sales planning skills
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Sales Technology Knowledge
