Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Set sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives.
- Evaluate sales tools, technologies, and systems to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales in the IT industry is compulsory.
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results, overcoming challenges, and continuously improving sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
