Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow the mortgage portfolio.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing officers to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the bank’s mortgage offerings.
- Coordinate brand and promotional campaigns to increase market awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Report on performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in mortgage banking, with at least 3 years in a senior sales or marketing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, housing finance markets, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage teams, and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative, strategic, and customer-focused mindset.
