Head, Consumer Engagement

Job Summary

The Head, Consumer Engagement responsibilities include development of strategies for channel engagement and growth of consumer products and service. He/She is responsible for daily growth in onboarding and transaction activities on channels. This role plays an important part in our Consumer customer retention and revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for growth in channel usage, onboarding of new customers on channels, and increase in channel engagement for stickiness.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Continuous growth in channels onboarding and transaction volume on channels
  • Develop stickiness strategy/plans for onboarded customers on channels 
  • Develop plans to avoid  churning
  • Monitor products effectiveness and availability to customers
  • Work with salesforce, agent network, and branches on customer acquisition and retention plans
  • Conduct surveys on customers and channels usage to understand customer needs


  • At least 5 years of proven experience in channel management and distribution within the financial industry.
  • Experience with financial products and services
  • Familiarity with fees generating product and services
  • Industry or competitors  awareness of e-banking products
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
