Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establishing sales goals for individual sales representatives based on their past performance as well as market conditions
- Maintaining relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business from existing clients
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of products or services offered by the company
- Coordinating with marketing staff to develop advertisements, brochures, or other materials that promote the company’s products or services
- Preparing and submitting reports to management regarding sales results, market trends, and other pertinent details about the company’s performance in different markets
- Coordinating all aspects of an event including selecting locations, hiring staff, booking entertainment, and developing a budget for the event
- Working with other departments within the company to ensure that sales activities meet company goals for profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree/ HND in any discipline.
- Good sales acumen and track record
- Experience in insurance background is an added advantage.
