Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and personal networks.
  • Identify and engage potential clients globally, understanding their unique financial needs.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Conduct cold outreach to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our financial services products to potential clients.
  • Tailor financial solutions to meet the specific needs and challenges of clients.
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to stay updated on product enhancements and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a mix of commissions and base pay.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of financial products/ services
  • Exceptional command of spoken English.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex financial concepts.
  • Outstanding social and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Remote work experience and self-discipline to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Strong lead-generation skills through social media, online channels, and cold outreach.
  • The flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
  • Negotiable base salary with a commission structure to reward exceptional performance.


Remuneration: NGN 400,000-600,000 + Commission base on KPIs
