Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, guest service excellence, and team leadership, with the ability to manage guest flow and coordinate effectively across departments.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure warm and efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, VIP arrivals, and special requests professionally.
  • Oversee room assignments, reservations, billing, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Train new staff and conduct daily briefings.
  • Enforce hotel policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and front office activities.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ hotel front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloud Hospitality).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
