We are seeking a skilled and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, guest service excellence, and team leadership, with the ability to manage guest flow and coordinate effectively across departments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure warm and efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, VIP arrivals, and special requests professionally.
- Oversee room assignments, reservations, billing, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Train new staff and conduct daily briefings.
- Enforce hotel policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and front office activities.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ hotel front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloud Hospitality).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
