Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage office communications
- Schedule appointments and maintain the daily calendar
- Handle basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, email management
- Maintain a neat and organised front desk area at all times
- Provide support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent (OND/HND an advantage)
- Neat appearance with good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp)
