Job Summary

We are looking to hire a meticulous Front Desk Officer to uphold administrative efficiency and integrity at our esteemed sourcing school in Surulere Lagos. Your role will encompass managing administrative tasks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Attend to pupils, parents, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage student records and update databases as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in organizing school events and activities.
  • Maintain front office supplies and ensure an organized workspace.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Previous experience as a front desk officer in a Montessori school is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Possess a patient and resilient personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Strong written and oral communication and exceptional organizational skill.
  • Strong commitment to professional development.
  • Close proximity to Bode Thomas Road, Surulere, Lagos
