Job Description/Requirements
- Attend to pupils, parents, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage student records and update databases as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in organizing school events and activities.
- Maintain front office supplies and ensure an organized workspace.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Previous experience as a front desk officer in a Montessori school is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Possess a patient and resilient personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication and exceptional organizational skill.
- Strong commitment to professional development.
