Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Register and document visitor information
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and messages
- Provide information about the organization to visitors
- Maintain records, logs, and basic administrative files
- Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
