Job summary
We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Officer to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as managing general emails.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and updating appointment calendars.
- Monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining security logs.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and restocking office supplies.
- Sorting mail/deliveries and assisting with scheduling meetings or booking travel.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- Must know how to operate a computer.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
