Fleximotion is hiring proactive and experienced Operations Supervisors to oversee daily operator (rider and driver) activities, fleet operations, and overall operational performance. The successful candidates will ensure operators start on time, deliveries and ride-hailing operations run smoothly, payments are properly reconciled, and operational issues are resolved promptly.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sign in operators, conduct morning briefings, and confirm bike/battery readiness.
- Monitor operator movements, resolve delivery or payment issues, and manage escalations.
- Manage vehicles, EV batteries, and operational kits; raise maintenance needs early.
- Reconcile POS and transfer payments daily.
- Liaise with local government agencies and law enforcement officers.
- Submit daily reports covering deliveries, revenue, incidents, attendance, and performance.
- Enforce minimum daily trip targets and ensure policy compliance.
- Support rider coaching, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Good first degree in any discipline.
- 3-4 years of direct experience managing teams of bike riders
- Very good knowledge of Lagos Mainland or Island road network and geography
- Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or on-demand operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy: delivery apps, navigation, POS, and basic reporting.
Work Environment:
- Flexible hours; operators start early and may close late, so the supervisor may be required to work accordingly.
- Weekends or holidays may apply.
- Base location: Lagos Island or Lagos Mainland.
