JOB DESCRIPTION

 Complete knowledge of the products and services.

 Keep up to date activity record and report of visiting customers.

 Monitoring of the front office and it environs to ensure it is always conducive

to receive guests, attending to all first-hand enquires both locally and online

and sending out direct mails, SMS to the company’s target market.

 Implementing all instructions as may be required by the line manager.

 Carrying out any other assignment that may be necessary from time to time.

 You must possess excellent communication skills.

 To possess excellent customer service relations, as this is the quality that.

guarantees customers ‘retention.

 You should be able to multitask to enable you to manage a number of clients.
