Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attract and onboard vendors to the platform while providing timely support for setup inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Design and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Foster strong, long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and sustained business growth.
- Leverage referral opportunities to expand customer networks and enhance revenue streams.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive sales success.
- Field sales experience (minimum 1- 2 years), ideally within e-commerce, retail, or banking environments.
- Ownership of a functional smartphone equipped with high-quality image capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; certifications or advanced knowledge considered a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly persuasive, and consistently target-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
