Job Summary
At Assetrise, our Field Sales Officers work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve monthly targets via a retail marketing model. The person should be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and should be able to prove a track record of achievements. Retail Marketing enables installment payments for customers who want to save up to buy properties, either daily, weekly, or monthly payments.

Job Description/Requirements
.Responsibilities:
- Take our products and services to the artisans
- Work to Achieve set objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Continuously improve yourself on the company product of services
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Be an active participant in the sales force
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Report sales activities to the management as required
- Identify new leads and sales opportunities.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings
Requirements:
- SSCE/OND
- Minimum of 0-1 years of work experience in sales
- Must be a team player
- Must be a goal-getter
