The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships in assigned territories. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
- Conduct field visits and door-to-door sales within designated areas.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide product information and demonstrate product use to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the supervisor.
- Submit daily reports and updates on sales activities.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in field sales, marketing, or related roles is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with the Lagos Island terrain is a plus.
- Must be a resident on the Island or willing to work in Island areas (e.g., Lekki, Sangotedo, Ajah).
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is desirable.
