Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell our Luxury products to customers, both in-store and online.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Utilise social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to showcase our products, create engaging content, and expand our online presence.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies for enhanced engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and campaigns with sales goals.
- Attend trade shows and fashion events to represent the brand and establish connections.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help inform product development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation with at least 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with social media advertising tools and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of current trends.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 200,000
