Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Actively engage in direct sales, managing high-value accounts and closing deals.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales efforts.
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role (preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Hands-on sales experience with consultative/solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
