Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and customer service standards
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance performance and skills
- Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and promotions
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, and customer complaints are resolved promptly
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize shrinkage
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Supervisor in a retail environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving customer service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of retail software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or related field preferred
Working time: Four days a week and 2 compulsory Sundays in a Month
