Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and selling products and services to achieve sales targets. Candidates will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products or services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating their value, and negotiating contracts and prices.
  • Sales Goals and Quotas: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, tracking sales activity, and reporting on performance.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales Process Management: Following a defined sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to achieve sales objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Territory Management: Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers within a designated territory.
  • Training and Development: Participating in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • At least an HND in any field of study
