Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hospital operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facility management.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and healthcare standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical and non-medical personnel.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Manage patient services to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with medical staff, vendors, and government agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is an advantage.
