The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth executive operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
- Monitor emails, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct research, prepare briefs, and support decision-making.
- Organise files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Liaise with departments, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Handle administrative tasks and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- 2–5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong research, writing, and report-preparation skills.
