Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and schedules
- Handle correspondence, emails, and client inquiries
- Maintain organized records, files, and inventory tracking
- Assist in coordinating vendor and supplier relations
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Support store management and ensure smooth workflow
- Create and edit engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok & other platforms
- Brainstorm creative campaigns, product showcases, and beauty tutorials
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Collaborate with the team for product launches, events, and brand promotions
- Monitor trends and analytics to boost engagement and brand growth
Requirements:
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and content creation
- Basic experience in admin, executive support, or office management
- Female applicant preferred
- Must be based in Abuja (or able to commute to Wuse Zone 4 daily)
