Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English Language lessons covering grammar, comprehension, writing, and oral skills.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess students’ language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through engaging classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Prepare students for internal and external English language examinations.
- Keep accurate records of students’ progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Support students’ overall communication skills and confidence.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Carry out other academic or administrative duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- B.A, or B.Ed in English, Education, or a related discipline
Location: Bariga, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
