Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.
- Implement effective teaching strategies that support diverse learners.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and support students’ academic development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare students for internal, national, and international assessments where applicable.
- Participate actively in school programs, meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- Professional teaching qualification such as B.Ed, NCE, PGDE, or equivalent.
- Proven teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- Familiarity with the British Curriculum (Cambridge/IGCSE or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
