Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive children each morning
- Settle children in before activities begin
- Prepare classroom for each day’s activities
- Plan engaging and exciting lessons and learning activities
- Teach lessons
- Provide care for children and keep them safe
- Support children’s learning milestones: potty training, feeding, behaviour, gross and fine motor skills.
- Create exciting classroom displays
- Supervise cleaning and organization of classroom
- Supervise feeding and changing according to care policies
- Interface with parents at drop-off and pick-up
- Interface with parents at parents’ conferences
- Prepare daily, midterm and end-of-term reports
- Suggest ideas to improve classroom management and class curriculum.
- Ensuring children’s personal effects are kept properly and packed adequately at pickup.
- Endorsing learners’ notebooks
- Sending links with home based on class schedule
- Planning and participating in school events
- Daily duty
- Develop and maintain a culture of high performance for class team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
