Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Deliver structured training sessions on business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Teach both theoretical concepts and practical applications of business analysis.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions and workshops.
Requirements Analysis Training:
- Teach learners how to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Explain requirement documentation such as: Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and User Stories and Use Cases.
Business Process Modeling:
- Train students on how to map and analyze business processes.
- Demonstrate the use of process flow diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and workflow documentation.
Data Analysis for Business Decisions:
- Guide students on using data to support business decision-making.
- Teach basic data analysis using tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Introduce data visualization concepts using Power BI or similar tools.
Mentorship & Project Guidance:
- Provide mentorship to learners during practical assignments and projects.
- Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners in building portfolio projects related to business analysis.
Curriculum Support:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials.
- Help structure practical exercises and case studies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or training experience is an added advantage.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Business process analysis and workflow modeling.
- Stakeholder analysis and communication.
- Business problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Data analysis using Excel and SQL.
- Basic data visualization using Power BI or Tableau.
Technical Tools Knowledge:
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Power BI or Tableau
- Process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io)
- Agile tools such as Jira or Trello
Teaching & Communication Skills:
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Have experience facilitating training sessions or workshops.
- Be passionate about mentoring and supporting learners.
