Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to optimize the online shopping experience.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with online customers through various channels, including chat, email, and social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns promptly.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and enhance online visibility.
- Utilize social media and other online platforms to promote products and engage with the target audience.
Sales Analysis:
- Analyze e-commerce metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize the online shopping experience and increase sales.
Platform Management:
- Manage and update product information, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and online customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or home collection industry is advantageous.
Location: Apapa, Lagos(This Job is on-site and not hybrid)
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
